We intend to hire a Construction Work Director (M/F) for the OPorto region.
Function Description:
- Plan and coordinate work activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and income, ensuring billing and communication of work costs;
- Prepare, review and monitor the general work schedule;
- Proceed with the articulation with the operations support areas, namely with regard to the survey of needs for physical resources (equipment and materials), human resources, operational management;
- Plan, prepare and participate in meetings with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
- Define, implement and monitor work plans and supervise Quality, Environment and Safety processes.
Function requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum experience of 5 years in similar functions;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good communication skills and conflict management;
- Availability.
