Built in 1900, Vila Romão da Silva in Campolide, is one of the historic courtyards and villas of the City of Lisbon, having served as workers' accommodation between 1870 and 1930. After more than 20 years without any intervention, Openline took over the requalification works of this space with the purpose of giving back to the city its historical memory and, above all, more conditions for the current residents. This work, worth 3 million euros, will include interventions in all the houses, as well as in the non-residential fractions, where the theater company “O Palmo e Meio” is located, which will have an amphitheater opening to the interior of the village, and a sports club “Sport Lisboa e Amoreiras”.
